ITO World Maps All U.S. Road Accident Casualties

 

369,629 people died on America’s roads between 2001 and 2009.  ITO World used the official data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to produce this powerful map using OpenStreetMap.  Access the interactive map here.

The Committee will advise the Directors of the Economics and Statistics Administration’s (ESA) two statistical agencies, the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) and the Census Bureau, and the Commissioner of the Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) on statistical methodology and other technical matters related to the collection, tabulation, and analysis of federal economic statistics.
