2020 Census Data Products

Closes: November 8th

In July, the Census Bureau solicited feedback from data users on how products from the 2010 Census were used to help determine which products to disseminate for the 2020 Census. The Census Bureau has reopened the Federal Register Notice, and is looking for both specific and general feedback.

This register notice is motivated by the implementation of differential privacy as a means of disclosure avoidance. It is possible that some data products will be eliminated in this process, so it is important that data users provide the Census Bureau with feedback on which data products they use and at what level of geography as they evaluate the implementation of this new disclosure avoidance system.
